We built Quloi because we lived the problem.
Our team spent years inside supply chain operations, at manufacturers, 3PLs, and customs brokerages. We knew the chaos firsthand. The emails, the spreadsheets, the phone calls to figure out where a shipment was. We built the platform we wished we had.
Our story
A team of operators, not just technologists.
Quloi was founded on a simple observation: ERP systems are exceptional at managing what happens inside a company. But everything outside: the suppliers, the freight forwarders, the customs agents, lives in a different world of emails, portals, and manual reconciliation.
We set out to build the layer that connects those two worlds. Not by replacing your ERP, but by giving it the external visibility it was never designed to have.
Today, Quloi is used by manufacturing companies across Mexico, the United States, India, and Turkey, with teams across three continents building the platform and supporting our customers.

The best platform is the one your whole network actually uses
Software that only works when suppliers log in has an adoption ceiling. We designed Quloi so that even suppliers who never open the platform can still participate, through email, through existing workflows, through zero friction.
Implementation is part of the product
Most supply chain software fails in deployment, not in demo. We invest heavily in understanding each customer's specific flows before a single configuration is made. Go-live in 8 weeks is possible because of how seriously we take the first 2.
